“First of all the excursion value is great. We had clear communication with booking details and access via the app and email. We met at Punta Langosta Cruise Terminal Shops (Starbucks). Which was super convenient because you bypass all the other mass gathering of cruise excursions at the port side. We left the ship made our way down the port to the escalator walked on the overpass and down the steps to Starbucks. Super easy. Then we called them to confirm arrival. They confirmed Carlos was already onsite to pick us up. I hung up and he was there. He was our private guide for the day which was awesome.…”

“Nothing short of AMAZING! We were lucky that Wild tours recently renovated the ATV course, it was a really fun and scenic drive around the course. Our tour guide, Will, was super cool and chill. He took great care of us (as I was a bit nervous, he always looked back to ensure we were okay) and shared a bit of history about the culture and city. The ATVs were easy to drive, in great condition and you can go fairly fast if like the adrenaline. Overall, 10/10 experience - highly recommend”

We never saw Jade cavern but were taken to a small swimming hole??? Then a lighthouse where he parked us in front of guys yelling to us to buy their stuff. By this time, it was apparent that this wasn’t the adventure we were hoping for and asked him to please take us back to our cruise ship. “We had an incredible time on a combo Zipline, ATV and tequila tasting excursion. Having been to Cozumel many times, we didn’t want just another beach club experience. We had the best time and met some amazing people. Jorge, Vladimir, Papacito Miguel and Victor were excellent guides and hosts. It had rained the day before; so, mud riding on the ATVs was an added bonus!!! Best tequila tasting I’ve ever experienced. So many different ones including flavors I didn’t know existed. Learned a lot about blue agave and the town of Tequila. Plan to visit in January when I’m back in Puerto Vallarta.”

“Extra cost to take ferry to Cozumel and they don't pickup at Ferry landing.........so then you have the cost of a taxi to Carl;s Jr. meeting place. Agent was on time and very friendly once we arrived the trip itself was awesome and fun. Lunch was very good at the restaurant and there was a lot of shops there also for shopping. However after they take you back to meeting spot"Carls Jr." then it's another taxi back to Ferry and another Ferry ticket back to Playa del Carmen. And the Ferry changed it's schedule at last minute and had to wait an extra hour waiting.”

Called their number to ask wtf since we’ve been waiting at the meeting point (Starbucks at the mall) and the lady said there’s nothing she can do although she understands and admits it was their fault. We’re on a cruise with limited time so it’s a screw us attitude since they’re packed and don’t care., DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Unreliable and irresponsible.”
