One little skinny ladder to use for 30 people to get in and out of the water. Took forever to get on and off the boat so not much time actually snorkeling. Rude people pushing their way in front of everyone. Food and drink aren’t provided until the last stop. The food was…”

“I paid $84, but my friend paid $68, seems price dropped. They do not serve food or snacks at the lounge chairs, only drinks, to eat you must sit inside the restaurant. Only one restaurant available. Good service, not too crowded, every activity was extra and pricey. A taxi for a party of 7 to Kuza Beach resort cost $140- $180, depending on who you go with. Towels, snorkeling gear, all must be rented out.”

“Let me say that the staff at Kuza was very nice but that's pretty much the only positive for me. Taxi rides to and from the park were very expensive. Pretty much predatory and there is absolutely no mention of that cost when booking the excursion. Just FYI it cost $65 for 2 adults and 3 kids one way. We were told we could negotiate but once they know you have reservations, you're at their mercy. When we arrived at Kuza, we were taken back to the beach and told that our Mexican flavors class was at 9:15am and then another staff member told us 9:30. We arrived around 9:20…”

“Our driver JC was amazing, he gave us a great tour through town and pointed out many neat spots and provided some details about the founding of Cozumel, traditions and cultures. We stopped at 5 different places that were all cool and unique in their own way. He had plenty of drinks in the car and never rushed us anywhere and let us enjoy the atmosphere. He was a pleasure to spend the day with and was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend this tour and JC”
