“From the beginning to the end everything was fantastic. Our guide, Tony, was excellent. He took us all around the island and shared a lot of history with us about the Mayan culture and life in the island. We got to see crocodiles, their beautiful national park area, and the kids favorite part was snorkeling and swimming in the pool at CoCos beach club. Lunch was yummy. “Good local spots off the “tourist avenue”. No A/C in one of the jeeps. Also be aware that they don’t let you use sunscreen at the beach due to the reef. Not even the “reef safe” stuff. No sunscreen at all.”
