Boat was jammed packed with people. There weren’t enough seats. People were sitting on the floor. Way too many people for the size of the boat. One little skinny ladder to use for 30 people to get in and out of the water. Took forever to get on and off the boat so not much time actually snorkeling. “Incredible! Pickup was a little confusing initially, but so long as you follow the instructions on the email, trust the process and they will find you and make sure you get where you need to go. They won’t let you put sunscreen on once you’re on the boat, so make sure you have applied plenty before you leave the dock. The snorkeling is superb with plenty of wildlife. They then take you to a sandbar where you indulge in Mexican beer and fresh, made-to-order guacamole. The fresh-sliced, local pineapple was also delicious. “We arrived on a dark, rainy morning aboard Mariner of the Seas. We messaged the crew, and they assured us the south end was sunny. They were right. The cab dropped us in the wrong spot, but it didn’t slow anything down. Within minutes, Ruben and Victor had us on the boat and heading straight for the reef. Great music. Easy ride. We stopped at a few snorkeling spots. One had rough water, so we moved on. The final stop was perfect. We stood in white sand and shallow water with stingrays gliding past us.
