They said they no longer do business with Viator. We spent an hour trying to find Viator or someone else to help. We ended up spending 100 US to get to the ferry 45 US for the ferry (2 people) and $20 US to get to the hotel for a total of $165 US (one way). The only phone number we had was for BD Experience. BD Experience told us we had been scammed.”
